1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of My Numerology (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

My Numerology calculates numerology readings based on the date of birth and name you provide. The Service is offered for entertainment, reflection and personal-interest purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (medical, psychological, financial, legal or otherwise).

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms;
• Submit false personal data of another individual without their permission;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the Service;
• Use the Service to harass, defame or harm other people.

5. Tokens & Purchases

Some features require tokens. Tokens may be granted free of charge or purchased through our payment provider. Purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store card details. Tokens have no monetary value, are non-transferable and are non-refundable except where required by mandatory consumer-protection law.

In accordance with EU consumer law, by starting to use a digital service immediately after purchase you acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once tokens have been delivered to your account and used.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design and trademarks of the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Data Protection (GDPR)

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). All personal data is stored on servers located in the European Union.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through our support form.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Numerology readings are interpretive and provided for entertainment only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm to us or other users.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence within the EU continue to apply. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Sweden, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
